Grant Warner

Grant Warner is a seasoned professional in the field of energy efficiency and green building, currently serving as Multifamily Senior Program Manager at Southern Energy Management since August 2014. In this role, Grant manages inspections and documentation for projects aimed at achieving certifications in green and energy-efficient building programs such as NGBS, LEED, Energy Star, and Earthcraft. Prior experience includes roles as a Multifamily Field Technician and Building Performance Technician, where Grant conducted comprehensive inspections for multifamily and single-family homes, respectively. Additional experience includes serving as an Energy Advisor for Lime Energy and as an intern at WAMY Community Action. Grant holds a Bachelor of Science in Appropriate Technology with a focus on Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Studies from Appalachian State University, along with a demonstrated commitment to sustainability through leadership in the ASU Sustainable Energy Society.
