Mickey Fanney

Mickey Fanney is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, management, and public service. Currently serving as a Commercial Solar Specialist at Southern Energy Management since June 2021, Mickey previously held roles at ABS Commercial as a Lead Sales Consultant, where success included generating significant annual sales and expanding markets. Other notable positions include Manager of the Solar House at the NC Clean Energy Technology Center, PAC Coordinator and Director of Political Affairs at the North Carolina Credit Union League, and Communications support for the Office of the Governor of North Carolina. Mickey's early career includes serving as a Legislative Aid for the North Carolina General Assembly and as Chief aid to the Secretary of State's general counsel. Educational background includes a BA in Political Science from North Carolina State University, along with incomplete graduate studies in Non-profit Management and Political Science.
