Nick Guidi is a Senior Attorney at the Southern Environmental Law Center, where since March 2022, representation of nonprofit environmental and clean energy organizations before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and Department of Energy has been a primary focus, advocating for renewable resource integration and energy market reform in the Southeast. Prior to this role, Nick served as an Associate at Paul Hastings from February 2020 to March 2022, representing various stakeholders in energy regulatory matters. Nick's experience also includes serving as an Attorney-Advisor at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission from September 2016 to January 2020, where counsel was provided on rate filings and energy resource compliance. Early legal experience includes a Judicial Law Clerk position at the Seventh Judicial Circuit of Virginia and a Summer Associate role at Richardson, Patrick, Westbrook & Brickman, LLC. Nick holds a Doctor of Law degree from William & Mary Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Boston College, along with a strong foundational education from St. John's Prep.
