Jeffery Reece

Jeffery Reece, QA IDI, SPHR, MS.Ed, currently serves as the HR Director for Workplace Culture, Learning and Development, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Health Equity, and Patient Experience at Southern Illinois Healthcare, a position held since May 2021. In this role, Jeffery develops strategies to enhance organizational culture and communication, delivers specialized training, and organizes employee recognition programs.
