Jenny Hertter

Jenny Hertter serves as the Director of Managed Care and Population Health at Southern Illinois Healthcare, a position held since January 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing IT system implementation for value-based healthcare reimbursement and managing contracts. Prior to this, Jenny held various roles at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, including Account Technician II, and experience at MC AnalyTXs, Inc. as Director of Technical Sales and Support. Earlier in their career at Southern Illinois Healthcare, Jenny worked as a Compliance Auditor and Managed Care Coordinator, among other positions. Jenny holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, both from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
