Christina Rollins

Christina Rollins, MBA MS RDN FAND CNSC, currently serves as Treasurer Elect on the Board of Directors for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and has held the position of Finance Administrator at SIU Medicine since April 2023, overseeing critical functions such as purchasing and accounts payable for the Department of Surgery. As the owner and consultant dietitian of Rollins Nutrition LLC since 2006, Christina also brings extensive experience from previous roles, including Dietitian Specialist at Hospital Sisters Health System and various leadership positions at Option Care Health and Memorial Health System. Christina's contributions to the field are further highlighted through involvement in multiple committees with the American Society for Parenteral & Enteral Nutrition and the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, where past leadership roles included Chair of the Commission on Dietetic Registration. Christina holds a Master of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences from Illinois State University, an MBA from the University of Illinois Springfield, and a Bachelor of Science from Eastern Illinois University.
