Tarnisha Green

Tarnisha Green is the current Director of Success in Engineering Through Excellence & Diversity at Southern Illinois University. Green has been in this position since February 2008. Prior to their current role, Green was a mathematics teacher at Gage Park High School from August 2004 to August 2005 and Cedar Hill ISD from August 2005 to February 2008.

Tarnisha Green received their BS in Electrical Engineering from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Tarnisha then went on to receive their MAT in Curriculum & Instruction from SIUC.

They work with Rasit Koc - Chair, Mechanical Engineering & Energy Processes, Spyros Tragoudas - Chair, Electrical & Computer Engineering, and Sanjeev Kumar - Interim Associate Dean. Tarnisha Green reports to Xiaoqing Liu, Dean, College of Engineering.
