Heidi Coulter

Heidi joined the SMIF Early Childhood Team in 2016. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from Mankato State University in education. She manages the Early Childhood programming, including quality Developed-approved training, Early Care and Education Grants, and the Early Literacy Grant program. She also belongs to numerous organizations that benefit Early Childhood in southeastern Minnesota.
