Barry Nateman

Barry Nateman is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in healthcare management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Mee Memorial Healthcare System since April 2020, Barry oversees various HR functions, including recruitment and employee health, while leading an HRIS implementation project. Previous roles include Corporate Director of Human Resources at Mastodon Solutions LLC and Director of Human Resources at Dignity Health, where responsibilities involved managing HR for a large community hospital and collaborating with executive leadership. Barry's extensive experience spans multiple healthcare organizations, including Gila River Health Care and Community Memorial Hospital, and encompasses both strategic HR management and operational oversight. Barry holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Labor, and Human Resources Management from The Ohio State University, along with degrees in Emergency Services Management and Health Education.
