Phill Han

Phill Han is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in law enforcement, public safety, and education. Currently, Phill Han serves as the Owner of PH Rustic Woodworks and 10-35 Engraving since June 2023, along with being a Competition Committee Member for the National Public Safety Football League since January 2023. Additionally, Phill Han has been a Sports Referee with the Southern Nevada Officials Association since July 2019. A retired Admissions Manager from the State Bar of Nevada, retired Chief of Police from the City of Sutter Creek, and a former Acting Police Commander and Sergeant with the City of Desert Hot Springs, Phill Han also held various roles in law enforcement, including Police Lieutenant at Indio Police Department and Senior Investigator at Riverside County District Attorney's Office. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Emergency Services Administration from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from San Diego State University.
