Ariel Atkinson

Ariel Atkinson, PhD, serves as a Project Manager for Applied Water Quality Research at Southern Nevada Water Authority since July 2019, contributing to various roles including Process Systems Engineer and Postdoctoral Researcher. At Arizona State University and the NEWT Engineering Research Center, Ariel Atkinson focused on nanotechnology-enabled water treatment, participating in significant research projects under renowned faculty. Prior experience includes a Research Assistant role at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where a dissertation addressed novel anti-biofouling water treatment membranes, and environmental chemist responsibilities at Eastern Research Group, analyzing air and water samples.
