Chris Lykins is an experienced media professional with a strong background in digital content management and editorial leadership. Currently serving as the Executive Editor of Digital Content at Southern Newspapers, Inc., Chris directs digital initiatives across 11 properties in Texas and Oklahoma. Prior roles include Executive Editor at the New Braunfels Herald-Zeitung, where oversight of daily operations and mentorship of staff was emphasized, and Editor at the Seguin Gazette, where major newsroom restructuring and a website redesign were achieved. Chris has held various positions at the Seguin Gazette and San Antonio Express-News, demonstrating expertise in social media strategy, content direction, and design processes.
