Brian Groark

Brian Groark serves as the IT Manager for Plant and Corporate Technology at Southern Power, leading a team responsible for technology infrastructure and application support across over 50 plants and the Remote Operations Center nationwide since June 2018. Prior to this role, Brian held various IT management positions at Southern Company from May 2004 to February 2018, including managing technology infrastructure projects for major construction and plant support, as well as overseeing client services for corporate headquarters employees. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Business Administration (Finance) and a Bachelor's degree in Management of Information Systems from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and Samford University.
