Leslie Eaves has a diverse range of work experience in the education field. Leslie has held various roles including Project-Based Learning Program Director and PBL and STEM Instructional Coach at Southern Regional Education Board. Leslie has also worked as the Director of Professional Learning and Instructional Coach at North Carolina New Schools. In addition, Leslie has worked as an adjunct professor at Elon University, a virtual PLC Facilitator for Teach for America, and a CEA Master Teacher for Project Lead The Way. Leslie Eaves' education history began in 1993 when they obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of South Carolina. They then continued their studies at the same university, from 1997 to 2002, where they pursued Ph.D. Studies in Chemical Engineering. In 2003, Leslie changed their academic focus and attended North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University for the period of 2003 to 2005, earning a degree in the Technology Education Licensure Program. In 2006, Leslie returned to the University of South Carolina for a short period and obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Chemical Engineering.
