Charlotte Henderson

Charlotte Henderson is an experienced professional in dispute resolution and claims management, currently serving as Manager of Dispute Resolution at the Earthquake Commission since July 2018. Previously, Charlotte held various leadership roles, including Team Leader for Dispute Resolution and Settlements at EQC, and Team Leader Operations at Suncorp New Zealand. Charlotte’s career in the insurance sector also includes positions as Senior Claims Consultant at Vero and Claims Technician at IAG, as well as experience as an Adjudicator at the Financial Ombudsman Service. Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Otago and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Canterbury.
