Lisa Mathis

Lisa Mathis has 29 years in accounting and finance with six years in specialized restaurant franchisee accounting, consulting, and management. Lisa was with MCI for 13 years as VP of Finance where she was responsible for a 6.6 billion dollar budget. While serving as VP of finance at MCI, Lisa spearheaded a service call center project that was recognized as Forbes Magazine as, “World Class.”

​For the last six years, Lisa worked for Horne CPA as a Franchise Manager. At Horne, Lisa recruited a franchise team of 20 plus finance and accounting professionals and strives to continuously improve the customer representative department by creating incentive programs for increased production, which in return increased overall productivity by 25 percent. In addition, Lisa consulted with 600 plus restaurant franchises per year, and assisted business owners in achieving their financial goals while increasing their bottom line. Lisa has a Master’s in Accounting and Financial Management.
