Roland Cole has over 26 years of experience in maintenance and engineering roles, currently serving as an Application Engineer at Southern States LLC since July 2017. Previously, Roland worked as a Technician at Ready Pac Foods, Inc., where responsibilities included preventive and corrective maintenance on various systems and equipment. Prior to that, Roland held the position of Maintenance Lead and Technician at Taylor Farms and served as Maintenance Manager and Hayssen Supervisor at Tanimura & Antle, where expertise in creating maintenance programs and managing work schedules was demonstrated. Skills encompass work with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, along with proficiency in welding and operation of specialized machinery.
