Andy Hoffman, NCARB, CDT, LEED AP has extensive work experience in store design, construction, and planning. Andy currently serves as the Director of Store Design and Construction at Southern Tide since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Estimator at Modern Construction Services, LLC (MCS) from March 2020 to March 2022. Their earlier role was as the Director of Store Planning and Construction at Belk Stores Services from September 1998 to February 2020.

Andy Hoffman, NCARB, CDT, LEED AP completed their education at North Carolina State University, where they earned a degree in Architecture from 1988 to 1993. In addition to their formal education, Andy has obtained additional certifications including Procore Certification as a Procore Administrator from Procore Technologies in March 2021. Andy has also achieved Procore Certified status as a Project Manager (Core Tools) from the same institution, with the specific month and year of completion not provided.
