Carey Ann Campbell

Carey Ann Campbell serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Southern Tide since March 2020, previously taking on the roles of Interim Chief Executive Officer and Vice President of Direct to Consumer, overseeing stores, ecommerce, customer service, and human resources. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Belk from 2012 to March 2020, where Carey Ann achieved #1 EBITDA performance for three consecutive years and promoted 21 executives by implementing a comprehensive succession and development plan. At Belk, Carey Ann also managed high-performing stores, winning the Merchandise Presentation Store of the Year Award in 2012. Earlier career achievements at Macy's included exceeding sales plans and driving market share growth as a District Merchant. Carey Ann holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the College of Charleston and a HR Management and Analytics certificate from The Wharton School.
