Graeme Coetzer

Graeme Coetzer currently serves as a Professor of Management at Southern University since July 2020. With an extensive background in organizational and human resource development, Graeme has held various consulting roles including work with SCRA Applied Technologies, where workshops on leadership development and collaborative cultures were designed and delivered. Additionally, academic roles include Professor of Human Resource and Organizational Development at the College of Charleston and Associate Professor positions at institutions such as College of Coastal Georgia and Curtin University. With a Ph.D. in Human Resource and Organizational Development from Simon Fraser University, Graeme has contributed to numerous initiatives focused on management, leadership, and organizational training across various universities and organizations since the early 1990s.
