April Milton has a diverse work experience in the medical and laboratory field. April started their career in 2006 as an Operating Room Specialist in the US Army, where they were responsible for preparing patients and the operating room environment for surgery, assisting medical staff during procedures, and ensuring the sterilization and maintenance of medical supplies and equipment. In 2009, they transitioned to the role of Animal Care Specialist, monitoring animals recovering from surgery, maintaining kennels and examination rooms, and administering various types of injections.

In 2014, April joined SouthernBiotech as a Laboratory Animal Technician, where they worked until present. In this role, they gained experience in managing laboratory animals, conducting research, and assisting in various tasks related to monoclonal research.

Throughout their career, April has demonstrated strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a sterile and controlled environment. April'sexperience in both the military and private sectors has given their a solid foundation in animal care, research, and laboratory operations.

April Milton attended the University of Phoenix from 2014 to 2018 and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General. Prior to that, they studied at Thomas Edison State University from 2012 to 2014 and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Applied Science and Technology with a focus on Laboratory Animal Science. April also holds an Associate's degree in General Studies from the University of Phoenix, which they obtained from 2006 to 2008. In addition to their degrees, April Milton obtained certification as a Registered Assistant Laboratory Animal Technician from the American Association of Laboratory Animal Science in April 2013.
