Paul Woods

Paul Woods MD MS is an accomplished healthcare executive currently serving as the President and CEO of Southlake Regional Health Centre since January 2024. Additionally, Paul operates as a Business and Executive Coach at FocalPoint and holds the position of Chief Strategy Officer and Advisory Board Member at Caring Support, a healthcare HR solution organization. Paul has extensive leadership experience, having been President of Orcinus Health Solutions, and previously served as President and CEO of London Health Sciences Centre. Prior roles also include Senior Vice President Physician Networks at Trinity Health and Interim Medical Director at the Michigan Center for Clinical Systems Improvement. Paul’s academic contributions include serving as Assistant Professor and Clinical Medical Director in Family Medicine at the University of Calgary. Paul holds an MD cum laude from Western University and an MS in Evaluative Clinical Sciences from Dartmouth College.
