Shannon Stewart

Shannon Stewart possesses extensive experience in credit, collections, and community service leadership. Currently serving as Collections Manager at Southland Credit Union since May 2018, Shannon also holds the titles of Founder at Helping Hands Giving Hope and Founder/President of Shannon Stewart Ministries, both established in 2016 and 2011, respectively. Prior experience includes roles at SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union, Payoff, and Auction.com, where Shannon demonstrated a strong track record in improving collections performance and customer success. Shannon’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies, specializing in Business and Communications and Finance, from Arizona State University.
