José L. Ortiz, P.E.

José L. Ortiz, P.E. has a diverse range of work experience in the engineering and construction industry. José L. began their career at PR Productos de Agregados Inc. in 2014, where they served as an Associate Operation Manager until 2015. Following this, they joined White Rock Construction, LLC. in 2015 as a Project Engineer, where they worked until 2017. In 2018, José joined Entek Engineering, LLC as a Structural Engineer for a brief period before joining Southland Holdings LLC in the same year. At Southland Holdings LLC, José started as a Project Engineer and later took on the role of Assistant Project Manager in August 2021. José L. continues to work for Southland Holdings LLC.

José L. Ortiz, P.E. completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Civil Engineering from Universidad de Puerto Rico, where they studied from 2008 to 2013.
