Lovejeet Singh ,CMIT

Lovejeet Singh has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Lovejeet started their career as an Internship Trainee at Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd in 2016. Lovejeet then worked as a Site Engineer at Kabir Infra Private Limited, where they supervised the construction of asphalt pavements for a government project. In 2018, they joined Omaxe Limited as a Junior Engineer, gaining experience in project management and control. At CT Wilson Construction Company, Inc., Lovejeet worked as a Field Intern and gained practical experience in managing submittals, RFIs, and change orders. Lovejeet also worked as an Exam Proctor at the American Concrete Institute before joining Southland Holdings in 2020. At Southland Holdings, they have held the roles of Project Engineer and Project Manager, successfully completing a $20 million project ahead of schedule. Their responsibilities included managing paperwork, coordinating with subcontractors, and attending progress and safety meetings.

Lovejeet Singh, CMIT, holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering (Construction Engineering) from North Carolina State University, which they obtained from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering at Jaypee University of Information Technology, from 2013 to 2017. Lovejeet also possesses several additional certifications, including "CONSTRUCTION MANAGER IN TRAINING" from the Construction Management Association of America, obtained in February 2019. Lovejeet also has certifications in STAAD PRO from CADD Centre Training Services Pvt Ltd., AutoCad from RICCS Computer Education Limited, and ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician - Grade 1 from the American Concrete Institute, obtained in August 2015, July 2014, and October 2018 respectively.
