Robert Alvarez

Robert Alvarez currently serves as the Service Operations Manager at Southland Industries, leading the Northwest Service Division with a focus on service delivery, sales, and profit management. Previously, Robert held the position of Vice President of Special Projects at Industrial Commercial Systems, Inc., where responsibilities included expanding Owner Direct Services in HVAC and Plumbing. Robert has also served as Vice President of Sales at Arctic Cooling Systems and held managerial roles at SitelogIQ, Limbach Company, Johnson Controls, and Ontario Refrigeration Services, demonstrating extensive experience in sales and operations management across various sectors. Robert's education was completed at Mt. San Antonio College.
