Stephen Carter

Stephen Carter has over 17 years of experience in the energy and telecommunications industries, currently serving as the Manager of Systems Operations at SouthStar Energy Services LLC since May 2006. In this role, Stephen specializes in project management, resource management, and supervising business analysts, with a focus on project planning and IT forecasting. Prior to this, Stephen worked as a Revenue Assurance Manager at Bellsouth Long Distance from April 2003 to May 2006, where responsibilities included managing a team of research account managers and billing analysts, overseeing billing and revenue for over 8,000 complex business customers generating more than $300 million in annual sales. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Economics from Georgia State University, obtained between 1988 and 1993.
