Keyea Webster

Keyea Webster is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational change management and technology analysis. Currently, Keyea serves as a Senior Technology Analyst at Southwest Airlines since August 2024. Previously, Keyea held the position of Consultant at Blankenship Change Consulting from November 2022 to August 2024. Keyea also contributed significantly to KMW Future as an RFX Achiever, successfully developing a team of over 3,000 consultants and managing 10,000 clients. Prior roles include Vice President of Land at Spindletop Exploration Company, Inc., where Keyea managed oil and gas operations, and Consultant at Deloitte, supervising project activities and implementing Point-of-Sale services for FedEx Kinko’s. Keyea holds a degree in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University.
