Jamie Hilt

Jamie Hilt, PHR has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership, talent development, and organizational planning. They have held various senior positions in companies such as SFE- Southwest Foodservice Excellence and Payless ShoeSource. In their most recent role as Chief People Officer at SFE- Southwest Foodservice Excellence, they are responsible for overseeing human resources strategies. Prior to that, Jamie served as the Sr. Vice President and Vice President of Human Resources at the same company. At Payless ShoeSource, Jamie held the position of Director of Corporate Human Resources, where they collaborated with senior management and corporate associates to align HR strategies with company objectives. They were also involved in talent acquisition, leadership development, and employee relations. Throughout their career, Jamie has demonstrated their ability to drive productivity, improve processes, and resolve complex employee issues.

Jamie Hilt, PHR completed a Master of Science in Management (MSM) degree from Baker University from 1996 to 1998. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business/Communication from Emporia State University, where they attended from 1990 to 1993.
