Matthew Haas currently serves as the Director of Area Operations at SFE - Southwest Foodservice Excellence, overseeing food service programs across 14 school districts in Texas and Washington, with full P&L accountability for a budget exceeding $50 million. With over a decade of experience at SFE, Matthew has improved student participation and profitability through innovative foodservice programs and has been recognized with the Safest Region award in 2021. Previously, Matthew held positions as Director of Dining Services and Assistant Director of Dining Services at SFE, consistently driving revenue growth and operational excellence. Earlier career experience includes serving as Managing Partner for Johnny Carino's, where Matthew successfully opened 25 new locations across the United States.
