Betty Gudeman

Betty Gudeman is an experienced HR professional with a robust career spanning several decades. Betty began in labor relations at Arizona Public Services from 1982 to 1984, where responsibilities included contract interpretation and grievance resolution. Subsequently, Betty served as Manager of HR & Labor Relations at Southwest Gas Corporation from 1984 until retirement in May 2014, overseeing HR service delivery and strategic policy development. Betty holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Arizona State University, where studies were completed between 1977 and 1980, following initial education at Northern Arizona University.
