Courtney Moore

Courtney Moore has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Courtney is currently the Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Supplier Diversity at Southwest Gas Corporation since 2021. Prior to this, they were the Founder of the Kelly-Parker Foundation in 2017. Courtney also worked as a Business Development Consultant at Premier Secours Medical Supply from March 2020 to December 2020. At Caesars Entertainment Corporation, Courtney held the roles of Director of DEI Analytics and Strategic Partnerships from October 2016 to December 2020, Director of Revenue Optimization from August 2014 to August 2016, Manager of Revenue Management Analytics from August 2012 to August 2014, Corporate Trainer from September 2011 to August 2012, and Analyst from September 2011 to August 2012. Previously, they worked as a Manager of Utilization Management/Sales at Enterprise Holdings from September 2007 to September 2011. Courtney's early career included working as an Associate Editor at LTD Media from February 2006 to June 2008 and as an Assistant Account Executive at Affect Strategies from April 2006 to September 2007.

Courtney Moore is currently an EMBA candidate at UNLV Lee Business School. Prior to pursuing their Executive MBA, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Temple University. Courtney also holds two certificates from Cornell University, one in Global Hospitality Management and another in Strategic Human Resources Leadership.
