Caiti Droessler

Caiti joins the administrative team with over seven years of experience performing a variety of roles, from working as an executive assistant to leading human resources. During her time at Southwest Health, she has worked with the leadership team to elevate employee experience, which has resulted in high employee engagement and national workplace excellence awards. She is responsible for overall human resources strategy, recruitment and retention planning, performance management, leadership development, employee engagement and wellness, employee education and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.

As the Chief Human Resources Officer, Caiti focuses on their people and their culture (Journey to Excellence) to maintain employee engagement while providing exceptional care for the patients they serve. She will re-inspire a wellness committee to provide more resources to support Southwest Health employees’ well-being.

A southwest Wisconsin native, Caiti grew up and has established her career here in southwest Wisconsin. She earned her Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville with a double emphasis in management and human resource management.

Caiti lives in Platteville, Wisconsin, with her husband Ben and her children, Ellianna, Finley, and Piper.
