Senior Program Manager - Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation (smart Support) at Southwest Human Development

Jeanette Manley is a seasoned mental health professional with over three decades of experience in various roles focused on early childhood mental health and support for individuals with disabilities. Currently serving as the Senior Program Manager for Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation at Southwest Human Development since 2010, Jeanette leads a state-wide program dedicated to this vital service. Prior to this role, Jeanette held positions such as Regional Supervisor for the same consultation program and Counseling Coordinator at the Foundation for Blind Children, where responsibilities included counseling and facilitating transitions for individuals adjusting to blindness and disabilities. Early career experience includes roles as a Consultant/Counselor and Child & Family Therapist, alongside work as an Adolescent Substance Abuse Counselor. Jeanette holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Dayton and further specialized training in Infant/Family Clinical Practice from Harris Institute.
