Domonic Dipaolo

Domonic DiPaolo is an experienced executive with a strong background in the equipment rental and dealership industry. Currently serving as General Manager at Southwest JCB since August 2022, Domonic previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at PROCON JCB until its acquisition by Southwest JCB. Additionally, Domonic was a member of the Advisory Board at Record360 until February 2024. Prior to these roles, Domonic spent over 14 years at Sunbelt Rentals, Inc., culminating in the role of Operational Vice President for North America, overseeing Pump Solutions and Industrial Heat.
