Rogerio Deienno is a Lead Scientist at Southwest Research Institute, a position held since November 2017, after serving as a Senior Research Scientist. Prior experience includes a Postdoctoral role at INPE from August 2014 to November 2017 and a Postdoc fellowship at Observatoire de la Côte d'Azur in early 2016. For several years, Rogerio worked at Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas Espaciais, where a PhD in Astronomy and Engineering and Space Technology was completed from 2010 to 2014. Rogerio has also gained valuable experience through internships and teaching roles, including a Split-Site PhD internship at Southwest Research Institute in 2013 and a teaching internship in Numerical Calculus at UNESP in 2010. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Physics from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho, completed in 2010, and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the same university, awarded in 2008.
