Currently serving as Customer Support, Sales, Purchasing, and Logistics Manager at Southwest Turbine Inc. since April 2011, Grady is the primary contact for Pratt & Whitney PT6 and Honeywell TPE 331 customers, overseeing quotation, order management, and export compliance. Prior experience includes a decade at Honeywell Aerospace as a customer account representative, managing aftermarket mechanical material requirements and guiding various modification programs. Additional roles at AlliedSignal Engines and America West Airlines provided a strong foundation in customer support, supply chain management, and aircraft maintenance coordination. Grady holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Arts in Visual Communication from Collins College.
