Darryl Tucker

Darryl Tucker has over 30 years of experience in various roles within the construction and development industry. Darryl is currently serving as the Director of Developer and Builder Services at SouthWest Water Company. Prior to this, Darryl worked as a Project Manager at Premier Project Management, overseeing renovation and development projects worth over $2 billion. Darryl also served as a Senior Land Development Manager at Brookfield Residential, a Builder/Developer based in Canada. Darryl has experience as a Project Manager at Fiore & Sons, Inc., a heavy civil contractor, and as a Senior Project Manager at T-Square, LLC/BSD Partners, LLC, a development company and consulting firm. Earlier in their career, they held roles as Vice President/Project Manager at Jasman Dev./SunCal Cos., Vice President of Forward Planning at Forecast Homes, and Project Manager at Spink Corporation. Darryl also worked as an independent consultant and served as a Project Manager/Board Member at DeWalt Corporation.

Darryl Tucker has a Bachelor's Degree (BS) in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, which they obtained in 1985. Darryl also holds a Master of Arts (MA) in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of Phoenix, which they obtained in 2012. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a Real Estate Salesperson from the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) and as an Accredited Texas Energy Manager from the Texas Energy Managers Association in 2014.
