Carina Gillenwater

Carina Gillenwater is the Vice President of Human Resources of Southwestern Energy. Prior to joining SWN in 2018, she served as Global Vice President of Human Resources at Nabors Industries and Vice President of Human Resources at Smith International/Schlumberger Ltd. Her career also includes a variety of human resources experience, including in areas of compensation, talent development, employee relations, and organizational development.

Carina earned her bachelor’s degree in Teaching and Business from the Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos in Brazil. Carina is fluent in Portuguese (native), English, and Spanish.
