Dr. Valencia Sylvain Stinson

Dr. Valencia Sylvain Stinson is an experienced educator and administrator currently serving as a Training Coordinator at DreamKEYper, Inc. and as a Transitional Teacher with the Bureau of Indian Education since November 2022. Dr. Stinson has been a Professor at Saint Leo University since May 2009. Previously, Dr. Stinson held the role of Executive Director at Bivines Group LLC from March 2021 to December 2021, where responsibilities included creating and implementing innovative engagement opportunities that significantly increased Summer school enrollment from 800 to 12,000 students. Dr. Stinson earned a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Argosy University between 2009 and 2014 and holds a degree from Clark Atlanta University, completed from 1991 to 1994.
