Marcel Felicia, MPH, REHS, CSP, currently serves as the Lead Safety & Occupational Health Specialist at the Bureau of Indian Education, a role held since September 2019. Prior to this position, Marcel accumulated extensive experience in environmental health and safety, including roles as an Environmental Health Specialist and Safety & Occupational Health Specialist with the Indian Health Service from July 2001 to August 2019. Earlier career positions included Water Quality Coordinator for the Crow Creek Sioux Tribe and Project Coordinator for the Lower Brule Sioux Tribe. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Health with a focus on Environmental Science from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Science in Technology Management from Utah Valley University, supplemented by an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Environmental Technology.
