Grace Shih

Grace Shih possesses extensive experience in the field of human resources and finance, currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Southwestern National Bank since January 2018, following roles as Human Resources Officer and Finance Specialist within the same organization. Prior to this, Grace held a position as a Sales Associate at Lakeshore Learning Store and worked as an English Teacher at Kang Chiao Bilingual School and Happy Marian Children's World. Early career experience includes roles as Staff Accountant and Financial Assistant at Golden Bank National Association. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business, earned from 2003 to 2007.
