Tiffany Cummings has a diverse work experience in human resources. Tiffany is currently the Human Resources Director at the Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission, where they manage the daily activities of the HR function and ensures compliance with employment laws. Prior to this, Tiffany worked at West Virginia University, serving in roles such as Source Recruitment Specialist, Human Resources Business Partner, and Talent Acquisition Specialist. Tiffany's career also includes experience as an Assistant Retail Manager at Justice, where they supervised staff, conducted performance reviews, and assisted with store openings.

Tiffany Cummings obtained their Master's degree in Corporate and Organizational Communication from West Virginia University between the years 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services at PennWest California from 2013 to 2016. Their education journey began at the Community College of Allegheny County, where they earned their Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from 2008 to 2011.
