Zachariah Hollingshad

Zachariah Hollingshad currently serves as an Operations and Safety Transportation Planner I at the Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission, where expertise in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is utilized to improve roadway safety and efficiency.
