Eslaine Xu

Eslaine Xu is an experienced health professional with a strong background in respiratory therapy and public health. Currently serving as a Health Promoter at Southwestern Public Health since November 2023, Eslaine has held the position of Registered Respiratory Therapist at Humber River Hospital since October 2017, where responsibilities include monitoring and assessing cardio-respiratory disorders and performing diagnostic procedures. Previous roles include working as a Registered Respiratory Therapist at Sunnybrook, focusing on critical care and education, and serving in various capacities related to COVID-19 response for the Region of Peel. Eslaine holds a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Waterloo and additional qualifications in Respiratory Therapy and Human Biology from The Michener Institute and the University of Toronto, respectively.
