Eduardo Inukai

Eduardo Inukai has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Eduardo currently serves as the Director of Operations at Southwire Company since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Plant Manager at Eaton from January 2018 to May 2021. Before their time at Eaton, they held various positions at Regal Beloit Corporation, including Director of Supply Chain Management, Director of Operations, and General Manager, from 2009 to 2017. Eduardo also has extensive experience at Eaton, where they served in roles such as Operational Excellence & Quality Manager, Program/Project Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, and participated in the Operations Management Development Program. Eduardo started their professional career at Alfa Laval as a Manufacturing & Process Engineer / Production Supervisor. Additionally, Eduardo gained experience as a Supply Chain Management Consultant through their MBA Summer Internship at Uniexcel Management Systems de Mexico.

Eduardo Inukai completed an MBA degree in General Management and Finance from IPADE Business School between 1997 and 1999. Prior to that, they pursued a B.S. degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey from 1990 to 1995. In 1989, they briefly studied English at Brigham Young University.
