Gerry Simons

Gerry Simons is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and management across various manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at Southwire Company since February 2012, Gerry develops and implements quality systems for the Bremen facility and oversees agency certifications. Previously, Gerry held the position of Quality Manager for the Bremen Main Insulating Facility and contributed to improvements in quality at MasterBrand Cabinets as a Senior Quality Manager. Additional roles include Quality Manager at TriMas Corporation, where Gerry led certification transitions, and Quality Manager at DuPont Photomasks, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed supporting production processes. Earlier experience also includes a role as Manufacturing Engineer at IBM. Gerry holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University.
