Rachel Marks, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources and talent development, currently serving as Compliance Manager at Southwire Company since June 2010. Previously, Rachel held various roles at Southwire, including Director of Talent Development, Director of Human Resources Business Partner, and Human Resources Manager, with responsibilities spanning a major organizational re-organization and supporting multiple operational facets.
