Darren Jaffrey

Darren Jaffrey is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various technology companies. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Commercial Officer at Sova Assessment since November 2022, Darren previously held significant positions at HireVue as General Manager for EMEA & APAC, where efforts focused on enhancing recruiting through innovative interaction platforms. Earlier experience includes serving as CEO of Onalytica, driving sales, marketing, and international expansion, and as General Manager for EMEA at Clarabridge, overseeing customer feedback analytics. Previously, Darren was SVP of International Operations at Taleo, responsible for customer engagement outside of North America, and held managerial roles at MicroStrategy and EDS. Educational background includes attending Hampton Grammar from 1976 to 1982.
