Joanna Glinska

Joanna Glinska is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational psychology and talent management. Currently serving as Partner for the CEE Region at Sova Assessment since April 2021, Joanna has a strong background in leadership development as the CEO and Founder of Performance Quality, established in June 2014. Previous roles include Partner at Psytech International, President of the Board at Talent Q Polska Sp. z o.o., and Partner at Talent Q. Joanna has also consulted for managerial recruitment at The Amrop Hever Group and Michael Page International, showcasing expertise in developing self-aware leaders and managing comprehensive assessment strategies. Academically, Joanna holds an MA in Social Psychology from Uniwersytet SWPS and completed further education at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
